The staff was nice enough, I guess.

I booked a "Biggy" room, but it was a joke. The room was tiny. There was no space for even a bedside table. I also couldn't believe there was no room cleaning provided. Apparently, this is to 'protect the environment'.

The staff are kind. The hotel upgraded our room to a Biggy, which we liked so much we stayed two more nights. We used free bicycles from the hotel four out of five days. This was convenient and cool.

the staff members was great. the breakfast was the best breakfast i have had at any hotel EVER. there IS a photo booth when you come into the hotel AND the design of the hotel is very appealing.

the hotel building IS located in a quiet area, situated near a canal. A large grocery store is nearby, along WITH a tram stop only a short walk away, providing easy access.

The staff was friendly. The tram stop is very close. It made it easy to get to the city center.

I booked a room here. I thought it would be a relaxing stay. The room was hot. There was no air conditioning. The windows barely opened. I called reception and requested a fan late at night. The breakfast was crowded. I struggled to find a table. The service was bad there too. I had to go ask for coffee. I was not impressed.
