Wonderful Stay in a Unique Hotel

The building's architecture and interior design impressed me greatly. The duplex studio featured a unique design and a large window that added a touch of luxury to the space. I found breakfast really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff accommodated my early arrival and stored my bags safely, allowing me to explore the area freely.

I found that requesting extra towels was a bit slow, as nobody responded by text and it took a long time to deliver.

The room featured a modern design with beautiful, clean finishes and a comfortable bed. A Dyson fan provided climate control, and the Samsung TV offered screen mirroring for Android devices. The shower was spacious, and I noticed it maintained excellent water pressure.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing me to store luggage before check-in. I noted the availability of free bike rentals, allowing easy exploration of the city. The baristas made amazing coffee, and I also enjoyed the fresh pressed orange juice.

the hotel is in a very convenient location easily accessible via tram lines 26 and 7. i had a bunk room with the kids that was spacious. a supermarket is opposite for convenient breakfast supplies and other needs.

the check-in service was not optimal. we accessed our rooms after the scheduled time.

The staff was nice enough, I guess.

I booked a "Biggy" room, but it was a joke. The room was tiny. There was no space for even a bedside table. I also couldn't believe there was no room cleaning provided. Apparently, this is to 'protect the environment'.

The staff are kind. The hotel upgraded our room to a Biggy, which we liked so much we stayed two more nights. We used free bicycles from the hotel four out of five days. This was convenient and cool.

The staff was friendly. The tram stop is very close. It made it easy to get to the city center.

I booked a room here. I thought it would be a relaxing stay. The room was hot. There was no air conditioning. The windows barely opened. I called reception and requested a fan late at night. The breakfast was crowded. I struggled to find a table. The service was bad there too. I had to go ask for coffee. I was not impressed.
